Mission & Vision
At NOIR Labs, our mission is to inspire & operationalize Black Liberation worldwide.
We are a global social enterprise manifesting a world in which Blackness is centered and celebrated always. We do this by building beautiful, intuitive, data-driven experiences and digital products to intimately integrate the Global Black Diaspora, provide a clear vision of a liberated future and empower us to take the steps that will liberate us from within.
Our experiences are designed to empower our community to connect, build and thrive, and are currently delivered through noirpress and NOIR FEST. To learn more about upcoming products, visit our Connect page.

noirpress is a community of visionary writers, creators and curators crafting a liberated Black future through our worldmaking words and art. Our blog features the stories and strategies of Black Geniuses, the future leaders of global cultural enterprise, Diaspora events and other opportunities and resources to help you manifest your wildest dreams for yourself and for our people.
noirpress will launch fully in October with our Changemakers of Series, through which we’ll highlight the most visionary, most talented, most strategic Black leaders from Rio to Paris to Tokyo to Goma. If there’s someone you think we should feature, please send us their info here. To join the Writer Tribe or be featured on noirpress, email editor@noirpress.org or submit your information here.

NOIR FEST is the first of its kind virtual film festival experience curating the finest aspirational Black films from across the globe. By increasing access to visionary storytelling centered on believable Black heroes, we are fundamentally changing the way Blackness is understood globally.
NOIR FEST will launch in December with five of the most visionary films from across the Black globe, a curated vendor market with high-integrity global Black businesses, our favorite Afrobeats, Dancehall and Trap DJs and panels with leading voices in Black film and media. For more information on NOIR FEST (sponsorships and submissions), please contact Sabrina Ashworth.

Our philanthropic arm, NOIR Labs Foundation, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which taps into the community of visionaries we’ve cultivated to provide superior educational opportunities and mentorship for disadvantaged Black children and youth. NOIR Labs Foundation’s Digital Homeschool for Future World Leaders is currently accepting applications for our beta, which will launch in October. Learn more here.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
From our expertise in developing products and experiences for Black consumers of highly diverse cultural backgrounds, we are uniquely positioned to provide DEI consultation to a limited number of clients. We’re particularly interested in using our film and media content, and global Black Diaspora expertise to support institutions that are dedicated to increasing Black retention and success, from colleges and universities to Fortune 100s.
