Thriving is your birthright
The world can not be restored to peaceful order until Black people are free. Oppression of any kind is linked with the oppression of African-descended peoples all over the world. We have long been the stewards of the earth’s natural resources and mediums to communication with other worlds and means of transcendence.
Until Black people are allowed unfettered access to our innate superpowers, no one in the world will know true freedom. Greed and violence only thrive where access to spiritual light has been dimmed. We desire a world led by love instead of greed, and we believe this is possible through the combined efforts of people and programs, individuals and institutions, who are already working to end all systems of oppression.
For us, true freedom is mental, emotional, spiritual, economic and political liberation from all systems divorced from a commitment to Truth and to good for all people.

Mental Health
The mental health of our community is our number one priority at NOIR Labs. We develop all our programming with thoughtful intentionality, deeply sensitive to the needs and desires of our community.
We know that the Black globe can only thrive when our mental health is at its peak. The experiences, information and tools we distribute increase emotional and mental wellness by providing a space for our community to let their guard down, connect with like minds, feel seen, heard and celebrated; and receive added support in manifesting their dreams.
Additionally, we will begin to offer free and low-cost mental health services this Fall. Help us provide 1 million Black women with mental health services by the end of 2022 by donating to NOIR Labs Foundation.

Physical Health
We can only thrive if we can stay alive. Black health has been in an abysmal state across the world for centuries. It is time for us to embrace our God-given right of fullness of life, perfect health, abundance and joy, and to shed the physical ailments that have prevented us from enjoying our lives to the fullest.
By amplifying stories of healing and models of natural, physical health in the Black Diaspora, we empower our community to nurture the only bodies they were given so that they can thrive in all things.

Economic liberation
Black societies of the future will be organized around values, goals, passions and love.
We foresee inclusive communities in which every single family is thriving. Adults have exchanged labor for joy, leading their households through their spiritual powers and groundedness. They nurture children who are whole–with their full attention, supported by the Village. Children who are physically, emotionally, spiritually whole and in touch with their inner glory and metaphysical power. Communities of neighbors are tightly knit, thriving is the rule and not the exception. The first step towards this vision is you committing to doing something tangible to move us closer to liberation.
